As part of providing a safe and supportive environment, our staff are always happy to provide information about our equipment and its use. All of our equipment is maintained on a weekly basis to provide continuous access. Maximum Gym is wheelchair usable with ramp access to lower level, wheelchair toilets can be found on the upper level. We also offer top-of-the-line Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment.

Your membership includes functional and resistance training classes, an extensive selection of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and a set of dumbbells up to 70kg, a range of weights not offered at any other 24/7 gym. We also offer nutritional and goal-setting advice to set you on the road to success.
